PRIVACY POLICY

made in accordance with the regulation G.D.P.R. 679/2016

L'A.S.N.O., Associazione Sportiva dilettantistica Nautica Onegliese, with registered office in Imperia (IM) Via del Collegio, 4 (IM), Codice fiscale/P.IVA: 91000180082 (following, ''Holder" o “ASNO”), as data controller; inform You in pursuance of the art.13 D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n.196 (following, “Privacy Code") and of the art.13 del Regulation UE n.679/2016 (following, "GDPR") that your data will be processed in the following ways and for the following purposes:

1. Subject of the data processing. The Data Controller processes the personal data identified by you (for example, name, surname, place and date of birth, residence, phone number, email address, tax code, etc., hereinafter "personal data" or even "data") communicated by you in connection with the registration of the member, according to the principles of fairness, legality and transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights.

2. Purpose of the processing. These personal data will be processed in compliance with the law. Legal basis of this operation are art. 36 of the Civil Code, the tax legislation relating to non-commercial entities, in particular the art.148 del T.U.I.R. the art. 4 del D.P.R. n.633/1972 and the art. 90 of the Law 289/2002, as well as the rules of CONI and Federal relating to membership and participation in activities organized by or with their participation. Specifically, these data will be processed for the following purposes, in relation to legal, tax, insurance and statutory obligations:

A) to comply with the obligations laid down by laws, regulations, Federal Charters and Community legislation, as well as provisions issued by CONI;

B) to comply with the obligations provided for by law, sports regulations and the provisions issued by Authorities to this legitimized by law;

C) for the registration of athletes, teachers, technicians, managers and members of the ASNO, including the payment of membership fees, fees, insurance and registration fees;

D) for the strictly related and instrumental purposes of managing relations with the members, such as convening ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the members.

3. Processing methods. The processing of personal data is carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools, with pre-established processing and organization logics and in any case in such a way as to guarantee security, the integrity and confidentiality of the same in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by current regulations pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR, the processing of personal data may consist in collecting, recording, organizing, consulting, processing, modifying, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, communicating, deletion and destruction of data.

4. Sensitive data. The treatment will relate to data concerning the health status of members/ athletes requiring the latter, in case they want to carry out competitive and non-competitive sports activities, to deliver to ASNO, a medical certificate attesting their suitability. The processing that will be carried out on such sensitive data, within the limits indicated by the General Authorization of the Garante, has the sole purpose of allowing the ASNO to comply with the rules prescribed by the Ministry of Health for the health protection of competitive and non-competitive sports activities.

5. How sensitive data is handled. The processing of such sensitive data will be carried out using manual, computer and telematic tools and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same in compliance with current legislation.

6. To whom sensitive data is communicated. The data in question can be communicated only to the Federation to which you will join, the Association and the Insurance Agency of reference.

7. Mandatory provision of data LWe inform you that the provision of these sensitive data is mandatory for the purposes of processing described in this information limited to points (A), (B), (C) and (D) and is strictly necessary for the performance of the above-mentioned tasks and is therefore an essential prerequisite to enable the activities of the ASNO. Any refusal to provide personal data or to sign the consent required for the processing of the same will result in non-registration or participation in institutional activities and non-registration as athletes in the National Register of Associations and Societies Amateur sports.

8. In relation to the need for profiling and reporting of ASNO activities. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

A) to achieve the institutional objectives of the Statutes, such as the clear and correct application of the provisions of the Statute;

B) the need to propose the most suitable activities to associates/members/users/clients;

C) for the purposes of promotion functional to the activity of ASNO, such as the promotion of sporting, cultural and social initiatives, sending any publications or news;

D) for the organisation of activities aimed at promoting, disseminating and improving the technique of athletes in the amateur and youth sector, as well as research, studies and related statistical analyses for the promotion of the above mentioned disciplines and for the search for funds and sponsorship;

E) for purposes related to events organized by the ASNO that promote the culture and practice of sport and their dissemination, that support the well-being of the person, social integration within the institutional goals expressed by the Statute.

9. Use of photographic material and/or video footage for institutional and promotional purposes of the Association pursuant to D. Lgs, n. 196/03 (Privacy Code).

It will be possible to make video recordings of which will be shared in a confidential mode, not shared, accessible only by members, collaborators, members. Souvenir photos may be taken and published on the ASNO website; Photos of events, events and social gatherings organised during the social year or sports season may also be published on the website and on social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), as well as photos and videos of the competitions carried out or wherever a demonstration of the proposed activities is given. For the foregoing, we would like to inform you that the processing will be based on the principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of confidentiality and the rights of members, in contexts that absolutely do not prejudice the decorum and personal dignity, in compliance with the legislation provided for by the legislative decree 30/06/2003 n.196. The processing of data will also respect the limits established by the Regulation for the treatment of sensitive and judicial data provided with D. M. n.305 of 07/12/2006 and published in Gazzetta Ufficiale n.11 del 15/01/2007 and of the GDPR. The publication of such photographic material and/or video footage for recreational purposes, educational and informative is to be considered granted free of charge by relieving the responsible persons of the website from any economic obligation and from any responsibility inherent in an incorrect use of personal data provided and photos by users of the site or third parties. ASNO is released from any direct or indirect liability for damage to my image. The authorization to process data and the photographic release is requested at the time of membership of the members and will be valid, except for regulatory changes, until the termination of the Associate.

10. Storage duration. The personal data are kept for the duration of the relationship and/or mandate and, in case of termination and/or other type of termination of the relationship, within the prescribed terms indicated in art. 2220 of the Civil Code. You may at any time exercise the rights: of access to personal data; to obtain the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning it in cases where this conflicts with other legal provisions; to oppose the processing; to oppose the portability of data; to revoke the consent, if provided for in cases where this does not conflict with other legal provisions; to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Supervisor). The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.

11. Your rights. You may at any time exercise your right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, request its updating, rectification and deletion, by sending a registered A.R. to ASNO, Via del Collegio n.4, 18100 Imperia or an email to nauticaonegliese@alice.it, specifying in the subject "Request for updating/rectification/deletion of personal data.

12. Holder, Responsible. The data controller for ASNO, Via del Collegio,4, 18100 Imperia (IM), who can be contacted to exercise the rights under art.12 and/or for any clarification regarding the protection of personal data, is the legal representative of the association.
